      • Scissors and sharpies were in children's reach in Room 4 (3-4 years old).**Ensure these items are stored in a location that is out of children's reach. ***CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION. ITEMS WERE RELOCATED.

      • 1. Diapering safety belt in Room 2 was missing the locking clip. A portion of the diapering mat was taped. Wipes were stored beside the change mat, crowding the change mat and in reach of the children. Bleach water sanitizer was not stored near the diapering change table and located in cupboard on the opposite side of the room. **Obtain new diapering change mat and ensure safety belts are in proper working conditions. Remove the wipes so they are inaccessible to the children while on the diapering change table. Store bleach water sanitizer closer to the diaper change table and out of reach of children. 2. Diapering change mat in Room 3 was observed to have a few small holes on the surface. **Repair or obtain new diapering mat and ensure the surface material is easily cleanable and in good repair.

      • No paper towel in the bathroom located in Room 4 (3-4 years old). **Refill paper towel. ***CORRECTED DURING THE INSPECTION. Operator noted that the children do not use the handwashing station in the bathroom. It was recommended to always have handwashing supplies stocked and to put aids so that children can access the bathroom sink instead of walking into the classroom handwashing station after use of the bathroom.

      • Note: All faucets in Rooms have sensors. No hot and cold knobs. The maximum water temperature in Room 3 was measured 11.6 degrees Celsius and 12 degrees Celsius. That maximum water temperature in the infant room was measured at above 60 degrees Celsius for both sinks. **Increase the temperature of the Room 3 and decrease temperature of Infant room sinks to approximately 30 degrees Celsius.***CORRECTED DURING THE INSPECTION.

      • Mops and mop buckets were being stored too close to the dumbwaiter area. **Ensure the dumbwaiter area remains clear and do not store anything items here that could potentially cause cross contamination. ***CORRECTED DURING THE INSPECTION. MOPS AND BUCKETS WERE REMOVED.

      • 1. Bathroom hand sink Room 5 was clogged and a temperature could not be accurately determined. **Repair.
