      • The walk-in cooler was above 4°C. A 250mL carton of chocolate milk was checked for the internal temperature and was measured at 6°C. The operator adjusted to compressor setting to lower the temperature.*** Monitor the temperature of the walk-in cooler and if the temperature is not at or below 4°C in 2 hours (by 11:30am) please take necessary action to ensure that foods are maintained at or below 4°C. ***
