      • Missing dispenser for paper towel for client washroom sink and the hand sink within service provision area. Missing hand soap for the hand sink within service provision area. PROVIDE SINGLE USE TOWELS IN A DISPENSER AND PROVIDE HAND SOAP FOR THE HAND SINK.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • Nail instruments are sprayed with RTU for cleaning and disinfection. 1. ALL REUSABLE INSTRUMENTS MUST BE CLEANED WITH SOAP AND WATER, THEN RINSE, THEN DRIED BEFORE DISINFECTION. 2. NAIL INSTRUMENTS MUST BE DISINFECTED WITH HIGH LEVEL DISINFECTANT. RTU DISINFECTANT CLEANER MAY ONLY BE USED FOR WORK SURFACES.
