      • 12/22. The concentration of the bleach sanitizer was over 200ppm and was bleaching out the test strip paper. Ensure the concentration of the bleach sanitizer is maintained between 100-200ppm. The solution was diluted at the time of the inspection.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • 12/22. The posted food handling permit was expired. Obtain and post valid food handling permit.

    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Handles for scoops in the bulk dry goods bin were in direct contact with the food product. Ensure scoops are stored in a manner that prevents contamination of bulk product via hands or scoop handle. Scoops move to ensure handles are not touching the bulk product during time of the inspection.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 11/1. Violation Outstanding. Light cover was missing by the fixture above the dishwasher. A light cover was missing in the kicthen by the dishwasher. Please obtain and install a new light cover to protect from contamination in the event a light bulb breaks.
