- 12/22. The concentration of the bleach sanitizer was over 200ppm and was bleaching out the test strip paper. Ensure the concentration of the bleach sanitizer is maintained between 100-200ppm. The solution was diluted at the time of the inspection.

- Handles for scoops in the bulk dry goods bin were in direct contact with the food product. Ensure scoops are stored in a manner that prevents contamination of bulk product via hands or scoop handle. Scoops move to ensure handles are not touching the bulk product during time of the inspection.

- 11/1. Violation Outstanding. Light cover was missing by the fixture above the dishwasher. A light cover was missing in the kicthen by the dishwasher. Please obtain and install a new light cover to protect from contamination in the event a light bulb breaks.
