- Sanitizer test strips are not available. Obtain test strips capable of measuring 100ppm chlorine.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- Paper towels are not in a dispenser. Ensure paper towels are kept in a dispenser near the sinks for handwashing. The dispenser must allow a food handler to remove paper towels without lifting up the roll.

- Poison bait traps for mice are used in the facility. While pest monitoring is required poison should not be used within a food facility. Replace with snap or glue traps anywhere food is handled.
