      • Quat test strips were not available at the time of the inspection. Please ensure Quat test strips are available on-site at events to be able to test and verify the concentration of the Quat surface sanitizer.

    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • The three-compartment sink that was being shared with the vendor was missing a drain plug. The sinks and drain plugs were supplied by the event organizer which was informed about the missing drain plug. Please ensure two drain plugs are available to be able to effectively wash and sanitize equipment.
