- The hand sink by the dishwashing area was not operational and had no supplies. Ensure hand sink is operational and fully equipped with running hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.

- JUNE 27, 2025:Ongoing violation, ensure flies are controlled and improve sanitation to manage fly source. SEPT 16, 2023-Fruit flies were observed in the bar/lounge area- Request pest control to set out fly glue boards/traps at the bar.- Cleaning is required on the walls and floor beneath sinks and equipment in the bar.- Spilled drinks should be clean immediately. Do not leave drinks open as this will attract fruit flies.- Remove garbage including empty bottles from the facility daily. The inside of the garbage bins includingthe outer surface and lids should be clean daily.- Clean and sanitize environmental surfaces frequently during operation.- The outer surfaces of bottles stored in a sink at the bar need to be clean daily.
