     • Observation: Cleaning for droppings and debris is required in the following areas:
     • 1) Corner cabinet next to the oven
     • 2) Corner under the dishwasher
     • 3) Gap between stand up freezer and the wall
     • Corrective Action(s): Remove debris and droppings. Clean and sanitize with bleach water. Inspect all stored items for any signs of rodent activity or burrowing and discard/sanitize items as necessary.
     • Please send a photo of the corner cabinet to EHO once cleaned and sanitized.
