- Bug spray labeled "keep out of reach of children" was observed in an unlocked cabinet beneath the handwashing sink in the pre-kinder room. Ensure chemicals are kept out of reach of children. The operator relocated the indicated chemical during the inspection.

- 1. The floor in the proposed OSC room was observed with several cracks and/or holes and is no longer smooth and easy to clean. 2. The ceiling in the proposed OSC room was observed with what appeared to be multiple water stains. 1. Ensure the indicated floor is repaired and/or refinished to be smooth, resistant to moisture and easy to clean. 2. Please refinish or replace the indicated ceiling tiles observed with stains.

- In the infant room no paper towel dispenser was observed for the paper towel. Ensure a paper towel dispenser is provided to help prevent potential contamination.

- A stepping stool in the pre-kinder room was observed with a buildup of grime. Ensure stepping stools near handwashing sinks are cleaned and sanitized on a routine basis to help prevent potential contamination onto children's hands. The operator cleaned and sanitized the indicated stool during the inspection.

- Operator informed toys in the sand table in the preschool room are washed weekly. Please ensure toys in the sand tables are washed and sanitized on a daily basis. The operator updated their procedure to daily toy washing for toys in sand-tables.

- Hot water temperature at all three sinks measured at around 60C using an IR and probe thermometer.Please adjust the temperature. Water at this temperature can cause scalding. The recommended maximum temperature is 49C.The operator indicated that all children are always supervised, and water temperature is always adjusted prior to hand washing.It is strongly recommended that a mixing valve or device be installed. It is strongly recommended that the maximum temperature at any sink which children have access to is 49C or less.
