- A pot of soup was measured at 31C and had been cooling at room temperature for about 90 minutes. Upon request, the pot was moved to the fridge to continue to cool. Cooler temperatures were satisfactory.

- Two cockroaches observed on a glue board beside the microwave. Orkin provides pest control services monthly. Pest control records were reviewed. Please continue to follow-up with Orkin to ensure the kitchen is pest-free.
