      • Corrective Action(s): Replace rubber strip as mice can chew through it and replace with a pest proof material.

      • Observation: Some mouse droppings observed on the floor under the dry storage area and under the counter on the opposite end of the kitchen. Pest control company in every 3-4 weeks, traps present, no food impacted.
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean up all mouse droppings and then apply a strong bleach solution (1part bleach in 9 parts water) and apply to the floor where mice/mouse droppings were found to reduce the pheromone trail. Due: 1 week.
      • Do this regularly and continue to work with pest control company to work towards eliminating the mice.
