    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • A jug of bleach was noted to be stored above the meat wrapping area. Staff were asked to move this to another location where it would not be above an area where food is stored/processed.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • FOR SANITIZER SOLUTIONS: The chemical concentration of the QUAT sanitizers in both the produce and the meat department were adequate. There were no test strips in the produce department. The test strip holder in the meat department requires cleaning. The test strips in this area should be replaced. The owner has been asked to speak with Ecolab about acquiring test strips for both areas.
