- The large gap at the garage door in the back food storage area has been repaired. No pest control records were observed during the inspection. Please send a copy of the most recent pest control report.

- REPEAT VIOLATION: Bulk food supplies are being stored in the back garage area. Inspector observed a large gap at the garage door. The food in this area is at risk of contamination from pest entry, as well as, the garage itself is unsanitary (surfaces are unable to be cleaned properly). Food storage must be in an area that isn't subjected to contamination. I.e. store food items in food grade bins with fitting lids.
