      • Two sanitizer containers were tested that appeared to have 0ppm sanitizer. When the freshly dispensed sanitizer was tested it also had 0ppm sanitizer. Operator manually mixed sanitizer to 200 ppm and will have dispenser repaired.

      • Bowls were being used as scoops for bulk dry foods and stored inside bulk food items.Use a scoop with a handle and store in a way that protects bulk foods from contamination.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • There was no soap at the back hand sink.Ensure that hand sinks are stocked with soap and paper towel at all times.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Ensure that pest monitoring devices are in place. Ensure that monthly pest control checks of monitoring devices are taking place and being recorded.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The cutting board on the back prep cooler is becoming heavily marked and stained. Repair or replace cutting board so that it is smooth, non-porous and easy to clean.
