      • - Remove food debris from underneath the equipments, tables and clean hard to reach areas.

      • - Mop the floor more often so that it is not greasy and sticky.
      • - Organize wall shelves so that they are easily cleanable.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator ran out of Quat sanitizer for sanitizing dishes.
      • Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean the third compartment sink and use your bleach to sanitize dishes until a new bottle of quat can be acquired. Use 1 capful of bleach to every 4 litres of water. Soak dishes for two minutes and then allow them to air dry. Do not mix quat and bleach.

      • Observation: Front handsink faucet still does not work properly. This was noted on last inspection.
