      • Voluntary closure due to unsatisfactory water sample results. Operator confirmed that only bottled water is used for drink preparation in the unit.Water from the private supply is used to fill freshwater tank and used for handwashing/dishwashing on the unit and at the base of operations.Discussed the issuance of two different access numbers (one for mobile unit, one for the private water supply). Discussed procedures for disinfecting and flushing lines in the mobile unit, and performing another shock chlorination on the private well prior to re-sampling.

      • Bacteriological water sampling is not being completed as per condition on operating permit.*** Ensure that water potable tank(s) are disinfected prior to operating season and that a bacteriological sample is submitted. Instructions are provided below. Add one cup of chlorine to your water tank and then fill it to the full level, pump the water to all fixtures until you can smell the chlorine and then let it site for 8 to 24 hours.Then drain the tank completely then refill with water from approved Municipal Drinking water system and then collect and submit a bacteriological sample. Be sure to include your access number 9730190.Please note this is a requirement on your operating permit and your permit can be suspended if a bacteriological sample is not submitted. ***
