- Expired QUATS sanitizer test strips. Operator was unable to find another one.Correction:-Education provided on importance of test strips to measure the concentration of sanitizer.-It is a requirement to have the test strips in the facility.

- 1. Observed accumulation of dark debris and rust at the upper portion inside the ice machine. Ice machine needs a deep cleaning.2. Observed a knife in disrepair with chipped front edge. This can lead to metal pieces flaking off. Correction:-Clean and sanitize the ice machine.-Implement and maintain routine cleaning schedule of the ice machine.-Replace the knife in disrepair. -Ensure utensils and equipment are maintained to ensure safe handling of food.
