      • The baby room fridge was at 7.1C. The temperature was taken about 40 minutes later and was at 9C. Ensure that this fridge is maintained at 4C.

      • In Toddler room 1 the strap for the childproof latch was missing for the cabinet which was storing diaper rash cream. The cream is generally non-toxic but is swallow in larger amounts it can cause vomiting or choking. The a new strap was placed on the childproof latch. Violation corrected during the inspection.

      • In the preschool 1/2 washroom one the toilet dispenser is damaged, The repair is schedule to occur this week.
