Ceiling tiles can even be replaced to reduce cleaning time. As a reoccurring issue, cleaning of this area should be added to the regular cleaning of the facility.The handles on the prep cooler have accumulated food debris on them.Please thoroughly clean these handles and add regular cleaning of this area to the regular cleaning schedule.Cleaning of food containers is required before new product is placed inside.
