- Ensure meat is stamped and labelled or otherwise identified in accordance with provincial or federal legislation.
- Uninspected meats must comply with Section 38 of the Food Premises Regulation.
- Ensure non-hen eggs are in clean condition, no visible cracks, and transported and stored at 4°C (40°F) or less.
- Do not store, handle, serve, process, prepare, display, distribute, transport, offer for sale or sell ungraded or Grade "C" hen eggs.
- Use only milk and milk products that are pasteurized or sterilized in a plant licensed under the provincial or federal government.
- Maintain records of food products for one year from the purchase date.
