      • Do not store, handle, serve, process, prepare, display, distribute, transport, offer for sale or sell ungraded or Grade "C" hen eggs.
      • Use only milk and milk products that are pasteurized or sterilized in a plant licensed under the provincial or federal government.
      • Maintain records of food products for one year from the purchase date.
