     • Sandwiches and salads in one of the display coolers measured 11C internally. Ambient temperature of the cooler was 12C and sandwiches and salads were made the day prior. - Sandwiches and salads were discarded by staff. The temperature of the display cooler was corrected and measured 4C by the end of the inspection.
