      • An opened bag of flour was noted in the dry storage area.Ensure that flour and other dry food products are transferred to clean, food-grade containers with tight-fitting lids once opened. Proper storage helps protect food from contamination by insects, pests, dust, and other environmental sources, and supports safe food handling practices.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Hand sink in men's washroom was missing a paper towel.Ensure all hand wash sinks are fully equipped with soap, paper towel and warm running water.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Open ceiling was observed in the kitchen area.Ensure the ceiling opening is properly closed and maintained in good repair to prevent pest entry and facilitate effective cleaning and sanitation of the area.

      • Walk in freezer has a buildup of ice on the floor and sides of freezer. Please ensure that any food that may have come in contact with the dripping water/ice is discarded.*Repeated violation 20-Dec-23
