    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • -Internal temperature of precooked pork stored in Cambro unit with small amount of ice was between 9C-12 C.Requirement:-Ensure that perishable foods are stored at 4C or less OR at 60 C and higher.- More ice was added on the meat trays during inspection and Cambro unit was moved away from the grill during inspection.
