    • 401 - Critical Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Of the 3 hand wash stations available in the kitchen, only one was adequately supplied at the time of inspection. (Public Health Significance) Hand washing is an important practice to ensure food are protected from cross contamination from other previously handled foods or contact surfaces.
      • Corrective Action: Upon request operator supplied the missing paper towel to the other hand wash stations. Please ensure that the hand wash stations are always supplied with paper towel, soap and hot and cold running water.
