- 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
- No Chlorine test strips available at the facility. Provided chlorine test strip information to operator at the time of inspection. Please order some chlorine test strips and have test strips available at the facility by June 30, 2024. Record chlorine sanitizer spray bottle and 3rd sink dishwashing bleach water sanitizer strength onto your cleaning schedule. Previous Inspection Report dated April 13, 2023:**There are no chlorine test strips to check sanitizer concentration. Please obtain chlorine test strips to measured bleach sanitizer spray, and sanitizer in 3 compartment sink when washing dishes.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- Operator replaced empty paper towel dispensers at the time of inspection at staff washroom and woman's washroom.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- Part of ceiling cover close to grill/stove area was taken out. Please put the ceiling cover back on.Previous Inspection Report dated April 13, 2023:**Plastic film is still on some equipment. This is not cleanable. Remove any plastic film protecting the stainless steel equipment. Water stained tiles noted in the facility - remove and replace all water stained ceiling tiles. Coving missing behind grills, in the dry storage, bar and back storage area. Coving must be installed prior to operations resume. Wood behind the handwash sink and ice machine is not sealed to prevent the absorption of moisture. Seal the bare wood.
