- Information on chlorine test strip will be provided through email along with this report. Previous Inspection Report conducted on February 8, 2022: **(1) There was no test strips available during the inspection to test for the chlorine sanitizer solution. A test strip able to measure a chlorine concentration of 100 ppm is required.**OBTAIN TEST STRIPS.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- A copy of AHS Pest Control Checklists will be emailed to operator along with this inspection report. Ensure monthly Pest Control Checklists recorded and keep in a binder for future inspection. Previous Inspection Report date February 8, 2022: **(1) There was no pest control monitoring system in-place during the inspection. The operator was given a copy of the pest control checklist from Alberta Health Services that would fulfill this requirement. The operator was instructed by the inspector on how to complete and conduct the checklist every month. The operator committed to completing the checklist every month. Compile for records.**CONDUCT AND COMPLETE THE PROVIDED PEST CONTROL CHECKLIST.

- Food Handling Permit issued to previous location valid from February 1, 2024 - January 31, 2025. Contact Food Handling Permit through emailing to [email protected] and fill out Change of location, Food Handling Permit Application https://www.albertahealthservices.ca/frm-03298.pdfPrevious Inspection Report dated: February 8, 2022: **(1) The facility did not have a valid Food Handling Permit. The inspector have coordinated with the permitting department of Alberta Health Services to issue a conditional permit. The permit will be sent. Once received, please display it at a conspicuous location in the facility easily seen by the patrons. **ACQUIRE A FOOD HANDLING PERMIT FROM ALBERTA HEALTH SERVICES.
