- 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
- Helped operator to measure bleach water sanitizer at the time of inspection and it was measured at 100 ppm ~ 200 ppm (minimum: 100 ppm). Use 100 PPM chlorine sanitizer spray bottle to wipe down food contact surfaces. The same strength of chlorine sanitizer can be used to wipe down diaper changing area in the washroom. Operator also uses Clorox wipes.

- Helped operator to make bleach water sanitizer spray bottle at the time of inspection (1 oz bleach to 1 gallon of water provides at least 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer strength). Chlorine sanitizer spray bottle was measured at 200 PPM (minimum 100 ppm).Obtain Chlorine test strips so you can verify chlorine sanitizer strength.Previous Inspection Report dated August 17, 2021: **There was no chlorine test strips to measure the concentration of bleach sanitizer. Please obtain chlorine test strips and send photo to PHI. Chlorine measured 100 ppm in spray bottle.
