- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quat sanitizer measured 50ppm quats in both sanibuckets and from the dispenser by the back sink.
- Corrective Action(s): - Repair the quat sanitizer dispenser so that it dispenses at 200-400ppm quat solution. In the mean time, use a 100ppm bleach solution (5mL bleach in 2.5L of water) or manually mix quat sanitizer as per label on bottle (manufacturer's instructions state that a 200-400ppm quat solution should be used, and mixing recipe available on label)
