      • Corrective Action(s): *Operator transferred perishable foods into alternate coolers while on-site.
      • *Monitor temperatures in the prep cooler to confirm whether the temperature returns to safe operating levels (<4 Celsius) after the defrost cycle completes. If the cooler temperature doesn't return to 4 degrees Celsius or less within 2 hrs, contact a repair technician to assess the unit.
