      • The QUATs spray was >400 ppm and was diluted during the inspection. As per the concentrated manufacturers instructions to mix a 200 ppm solution: mix 2 ml per litre of water. Diluted during inspection.

      • 2 types of dips (Garlic and Cheese) that stated keep refrigerated were found at room temperature. There was no time as control plan in place.Please ensure that products that require refrigeration are stored in temperatures at or below 4°C.
