    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • The fridge at the coffee and hot chocolate station is providing ambient surface temperatures between 10 and 11C depending on the shelf measured. Perishable ingredients containing dairy such as milk and coffee creamer are stored inside the unit. The Office Manager increased the temperature setting inside the unit from 2 to 5 during the inspection. A recommendation was provided to obtain a display thermometer to allow for easier monitoring of the temperature inside the unit.
