- The hand sink was not supplied with paper towel. Operator advised inspector that they had recently run out of paper towel, and someone had gone to get some more. The facility was not operating during the inspection.
- 20. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
- A bulk bag of nacho cheese product had broken/leaked inside the warmer/dispenser. Operator advised inspector that they would clean up the mess and discard any contaminated product before opening that evening.
