- Spray bottle for bleach disinfectant in the shared washroom used for diapering mattress was noted to not be working. This was corrected during the visit.Expired product in first aid kit was observed (wipe expired in 2021). Please ensure all equipment in the first aid kit is kept up to date and available.Art supplies (i.e. paint) was observed to have a sign showing that was not allowed for children (0- 3 years old) and no AP sign. Please ensure art supplies are safe for children use. This was corrected during inspection.
