      • 1) Disinfect areas (using bleach & water solution) where mouse droppings are present and remove droppings
      • 2) Deep-clean floor surfaces throughout the production area using detergent and stiff-bristled brushes (to remove built-up residues)
      • 3) Re-establish a cleaning schedule in the production area to ensure all surfaces are thoroughly-cleaned on a regular basis (ie. weekly)
      • 4) Instruct staff to promptly clean up spilled grains or other ingredients that can be used as a food source for rodents
