      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A walk-in cooler in the food service area was operating at 7`C
      • Corrective Action(s): To prevent the growth of harmfull bacreria and reduce the risk of foodborne illness, the afftedted foods were immediately relocated to other properly functioning coolers holding safe temperatures. Perishable foods can be kept in the cooler 2 hours during busy hour (luch time) until is is repaird

      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure the walk-in cooler and freezer were repaired and well functioned. Keep the cooler temperatuare at 4`C or below and freezer temperature at -18`C. Date to be corrected by 28-04-2026

      • Observation: QUATs sanitizer measured at above 400ppm. Staff reported that they were adding more concentrated QUATs to the solution from the feeder due to the feeder diluting the solution too much.
      • Corrective Action(s): Staff was instructed to manually make solution until chemical feeder is fixed. Use test strips to ensure it is at 200ppm. Date to be corrected by: immediately.

      • Observation: Chemical feeder for QUATs solution is not diluting the QUATs to the right concentration. Solution from the feeder tested at betweemn 100-200ppm.
      • Corrective Action(s): Fix the feeder so that QUATs solution dispensed is at 200ppm. Date to be corrected by: 2 weeks.

      • Corrective Action(s): Buckets were re-filled with a 200 ppm quats solution. Ensure sanitizer solution is changed at an adequate frequency.

      • Observation: Mice droppings observed throughout premises (on shelves, underneath equipment and near metal gate) and two mice seen in a trap located near the walk-in freezer.
      • Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings daily and sanitize area.
      • Keep food in pest proof containers and off the floor.
      • Discard food that has become contaminated.
      • Declutter back kitchen and storage area.
      • Fill any holes/gaps.
      • Follow recommendations provided by on-site pest manager and pest control services.

      • Corrective Action(s): Operator adjusted the dispenser bottle and made a fresh solution that registered at 200 ppm quats.
      • Ensure sanitizer is tested frequently.

      • Observation: Droppings seen near Coca Cola cooler and near the staff cooler/microwave area and on the shelf underneath the hot holding units.
      • Pest control services are in place.
      • Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings and sanitize. Monitor for droppings daily.
      • Reset traps.
      • Continue sanitizing all equipment/utensils before use and keeping food in pest proof containers.
