      • The mini fridge that will be used for cream and milk at the coffee station requires a thermometer inside for temperature monitoring.
    • 08. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Handwash sinks in facility are not equipped with liquid soap or paper towels in dispensers. Ensure all handwash sinks are properly supplied prior to starting operations.

      • Even when pests are not evident, a pest monitoring program is required. Place traps and monitoring devices. A monthly pest checklist will be provided with this report.Door seals must be repaired or replaced to prevent pest entry. The countertop for the handwash station at the back of facility in is disrepair. The countertop must be repaired and sealed so that it smooth, non-porous and easily cleanable.
