      • Some pest monitoring is occurring on site. Ensure pest monitoring devices are placed in areas of food storage. Even when pests are not evident in a facility, a monitoring program is required. September 5, 2025 - Written pest control monitoring records must be started.

    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • A non food safe sanitizer was being used in the kitchen. Operator agreed to discontinue use at the time of inspection.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Instructions for proper use of the dishwasher are not posted. Ensure instructions are posted on how to use the sanitizing cycle of the dishwasher and food handlers know that this cycle must always be used. Test strips are not available for sanitizer used on site. Obtain test strips.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?

    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The silicone around the sink is coming off. Have the silicone repaired.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Cleaning and Sanitation procedures and schedules are not maintained. Develop cleaning procedures and a schedule, ensure employees are noting sanitation efforts daily.
