      • The walk-in cooler was at 10* C during rush hours and 4 *C in the morning when the cooler door closed. Staff indicated that a professional would check the cooler. Staff also indicated that management plans to attach a plastic screen to maintain temperature even during rush hours. Ensure the cooler temperature is always maintained at 4 *C.
