      • *High Level Chlorine test strips were not available onsite. Please ensure high level chlorine test strips are available in case of outbreaks.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • * Diaper changing mats in main floor and upstairs toddler room were not in good repair. Surface of the diaper changing mats were worn out /ripped. Please ensure they are replaced.* Paint chipping on the walls in the upstairs room. Please ensure any damaged surfaces are repaired.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Black carpets in the toddler room main floor and second floor were not in good repair. Please make sure they are replaced or removed from the rooms.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • Hot water temperature at the sink upstairs toddler sinks and main floor were measured at 52 degrees Celsius. Recommended temperature for the hot water max. temperature is 49degrees Celsius. Please make sure the hot water temp. is adjusted, and it is not more that 49degrees Celsius.

      • There was no lock at the fridge upstairs floor in toddler room. Please make sure safety lock is installed at the fridge.
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • Couple of the back bags and class first aid kits did not have CPR shields in them. Please make sure kid size CPR shields are available in first aid kits.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Black carpets in the toddler room main floor and second floor were not in good repair. Please make sure they are replaced or removed from the rooms.

      • * There were open containers were placed beside the device for water coming from the pipe connected to AC. Please make sure kids have no access to the containers. Please make sure containers have lids on them. *The fan upstairs was placed on the shelf. Kids were outside. Operator state that it was only placed there to cool down the room while kids are outside. Please make sure kids have no accessible to fans and cord. Please make sure they are protected from hazards.

      • *There were new AC units were installed in the facility main floor and second floor -toddler area. Power cords were in reach of kids. Please make sure area is protected and cords are not accessible to kids.

      • Dust and debris in the toy storage containers in the toddler room on the main floor and second floor. Please make sure they are cleaned and disinfected.

      • Window covers/blinds were missing in upstairs room -second floor new space. Please make sure it is completed. Window covers are installed.

      • *Baseboard by the wall in the SE room in the basement. -Please replace the baseboard or seal the gap by the wall.*There were couple stair nosings leading to basement were not in good repair. Please repair them.*Tile missing beside the tub in the basement washroom. Please repair it.*Ceiling vent cover was not secured in the W room beside the kitchen. Please secure the vent cover.
