      • Corrective Action(s): Wiping cloths must either be:
      • 1) Stored in the chlorine sanitizer solution (>100ppm concentration) when not in use, or;
      • 2) Used with chlorine sanitizer in a spray bottle (ie. spray surface with chlorine sanitizer, then wipe with the cloth)
      • Corrected during inspection (chlorine solution refreshed w/ bleach and employee placed wiping cloths into the solution)
