- Chlorine solution in a spray bottle was measured above 200 ppm for use as a surface sanitizer. The operator diluted the solution to meet the required concentration. Ensure chlorine solution is maintained at 100–200 ppm for food contact surfaces. Follow instructions provided by the inspector for proper mixing to achieve the appropriate concentration.

Ensure sanitizer specific test strips are obtained that can verify the minimum required concentration, for bleach it must be at a minimum of 100ppm.PHI provided test strips to use for the event and a picture was taken of the concentration colour meter.
