- Quat sanitizer in one of the spray bottles was measured less than 100 ppm.-Ensure that the Quat sanitizer is always maintained at 200ppm.

- 1)Egg boxes and other food containers were stored on the floor in the walk-in cooler.2) Cardboard food boxes were stored on the floor in the food storage area.-Ensure that food/food containers are stored at least 6 inches above the floor.

- Quat test strips were not available.-Ensure that the test strips are available.

- 1)Hand wash sink was not functioning properly.The hand sink tap was dripping.*The operator mentioned that they had already called in someone for that.-Ensure that the hand sink is fixed.2) Carboard was used a liner for the shelves in the walk-in cooler.-Ensure that cardboard is not used as it not a cleanable surface.

- Clean utensils were stored on dirty shelves in the cabinet under the hand wash sink.-Ensure that items which come in contact with food such as utensils should not be stored under the hand sink.-Ensure that the surfaces are clean and sanitary where the utensils are stored.

- The shelves under the hand sink where the clean utensils were stored was dirty.-Clean the shelves and do not store clean utensils on dirty surfaces.
