    • 29(2)(a) A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done: (a) the food establishment and equipment are maintained, cleaned and sanitized;
      • Ensure chlorine (bleach) sanitizer is prepared to a concentration of 100ppm. To make a 100ppm solution, mix 1/2 tsp of bleach to every 1L of water.
