      • Complaint was made that garbage was being accumulated outside on an open utility trailer for more than 2 weeks.PHI observed an open utility trailer on the east side of the building, that was accumulating bags of garbage.Operator reported that the local waste transfer station is only open on Tuesday and Saturday each week and that he would make it a priority to empty this trailer on Sat April 4, 2026. This will be satisfactory.In the future - garbage when stored outside should be in covered containers or a covered trailer - this will keep insects, rodents, birds and other wildlife from being attracted to it and tearing open the unprotected bags of garbage.Removing the garbage every 2 weeks during the winter months is acceptable, but once we get into the warm weather months of April to November - it should be removed on a weekly basis.
