      • OBSERVED THE FACILITY HAVING THE FRONT AND REAR DOOR OPEN DURING THE INSPECTION. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE A METHOD OF RODENT/INSECT PROOFING SAID DOORS WHILE THEY'RE OPEN AND MAINTAIN.

      • OBSERVED THE USE OF RAW WOOD ON THE SHELVING UNITS AT THE REAR STORAGE CLOSET AND THE WOODEN POST BEHIND THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK. INSTRUCTED TO SEAL OR USE FOOD GRADE PAINT TO MAKE SURFACES SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE AND MAINTAIN.

      • OBSERVED THE TOILET ROOM DOOR, NEAR THE REAR FOOD PREP AREA NOT SELF CLOSING. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE A SELF CLOSING DEVICE ON THE DOOR AND MAINTAIN

      • OBSERVED OPENINGS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE WALL ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE EMPLOYEE TOILET ROOM AND THE BOTTOM OF THE FLOOR AND WALL WHERE THE FUSE BOX IS LOCATED IN THE DISHWASHING AREA. INSTRUCTED TO SEAL ALL OPENINGS AND MAINTAIN.

      • OBSERVED POOR LIGHTING IN THE REAR FURNACE/ BEVERAGE STORAGE AREA. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN AN ADEQUATE LIGHTING SOURCE IN THE SAID AREA.

      • OBSERVED NO FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATES. INSTRUCTED ALL FOOD HANDLERS MUST OBTAIN A FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATE AND MAINTAIN.
