- Observation(s): box of crackers on the floor. ensure all food is stored 6 inches off the floor cans of drinks are sitting directly in the ice which is used for serving drinks. cans need to be removed and kept in the cooler or create a physically separated area in the ice holding for drinks. ice scoop is sitting on top of the ice machine in the back room, ice scoop needs to be stored in a sanitary way such as in a clean container
