- Observation(s): Facility operates out of an existing commercial kitchen (Boswell Memorial Hall) and uses the equipment and sanitizers provided at the kitchen. The bleach/water sanitizer solution recorded at 0ppm during the inspection and sanitizer test strips were unable to be located during the inspection.
