      • Clean and remove rust, monitor for further rusting and repair as needed. Comments Ice machine scoop is clean and separated from the ice. All coolers were =4°C and freezers =-18°C. All products examined were within there best before dates. Overall the area is clean and well maintained with no signs of pests.
