All coolers unit temperatures measured =4°C. Surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm quats. Three compartment sink available for ware washing. Quats sanitizer measured at 200 ppm. Foods in hot-holding unit measured temperature of 63°C with a probe thermometer. Temperature monitoring and recording conducted daily. No Pest activity noted on-site.
