- Multiple spray bottles used for the sanitizer solution measured 0ppm of chlorine. The operator stated the bleach solution is made monthly as a bulk supply. One spray bottle measured 100ppm, deemed adequate to sanitize. Bleach solution must be maintained at 100-200ppm to effectively sanitize food contact surfaces. Refrain from making multiple spray bottles of the bleach solution as the concentration can degrade over time.

- Plastic container without a proper handle were used as a scoop and stored inside the dry ingredient bulk container. Replace the plastic container with a scoop that has a handle and store scoops in a separate area or with the handle upright to avoid contamination of the food.The operator removed the plastic container from the bulk supply at the time of the inspection
